At Chhattisgarh Instant Foods India Pvt Ltd, our journey began with a simple yet profound question: Can we make a difference?

I spent many years working with various multinational companies, always striving to use my expertise to solve societal problems. However, the turning point came in 2023 during a college reunion, where I stumbled upon an article highlighting the alarming issue of "Malnourished but diabetic" tribal communities in Chhattisgarh. The article deeply resonated with me, and I realized this was a challenge that demanded immediate action.

During the reunion, I reconnected with my colleague, Mr. Soumitra Banarji, a scientist at a major MNC. Both of us were driven by a shared passion to contribute to society. Together, we decided to tackle the twin challenges of malnutrition and diabetes in Chhattisgarh by creating innovative, accessible food solutions that could reach the most vulnerable populations.

It wasn’t an easy decision. Leaving behind a successful career, where I served as the Operation Head India for a leading food manufacturing company, was one of the toughest choices I’ve made. But my conviction to make a difference fueled my resolve, and Chhattisgarh Instant Foods was born.

Today, our company is dedicated to developing a range of food products specifically designed to combat malnutrition, diabetes, and anemia. We are committed to providing fortified food that addresses these critical health issues. Our mission doesn't stop there—we actively collaborate with Self-Help Groups (SHGs), offering technical support to help them enhance their food businesses and create a lasting impact in their communities.

By staying true to our roots and focusing on innovative solutions, we aim to make nutritious food accessible to all, ultimately improving the health and well-being of those who need it the most.
